Waco, TEXAS, March 17, 2022 – Support Services Group was awarded a Grand Stevie Award in the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service today. Over 2,300 nominations from organizations in 51 nations were considered and Grand Stevies are awarded only to companies ranked in the Top 10 of all participants.

I’ve been in this business over 35 years and not many companies can say that.”
This is the second consecutive year Support Services Group has won a Grand Stevie, placing 7th, which is two places higher than SSG finished last year.
Support Services Group won two Gold, five Silver, and two Bronze Stevies® for its own entries and two Gold and two Bronze for our partnership with Michael Kors. Team awards included a Gold for Frontline Customer Service Team of the Year, and Silver Stevies® for Contact Center of the Year and Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year.
Top individual honors went to Summer Downs, with a Gold for Young Customer Service Professional of the Year; Whitney Bearden, who took a Silver for Contact Center Manager of the Year; and Marcy Payne, President and COO of SSG, who was honored with a Silver for Contact Center Leader of the Year.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service seeks to honor the world’s outstanding customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals on eight specialized judging committees. Winners will officially be celebrated during a special ceremony on May 11.
