SSG Asia
Support Services Group operates out of six different locations in the Philippines: five in Metro Manila and one in Cebu City. A total of 28 clients are supported in these six sites, across different market verticals.
Two of the largest clients we serve in SSG-APAC include one of the world’s leading insurance and asset-management groups and one of the Philippines’ foremost financial institutions.
The Philippines offers a skilled workforce with strong English capabilities and a cultural affinity to the United States. SSG is one of the employers of choice in both Manila and Cebu — two of the major IT, BPO, and call center hubs in the country — owing to our culture, which makes our workplace fun, warm, and enjoyable.
Our centers primarily focus on retail & e-commerce, banking & finance, and customer service support. We have 3,000 agent-ready stations in our Manila sites and 550+ in our Cebu site.
