We are proud to announce the appointment of Christopher Boucher as Operations Director at our Kingston, Jamaica location.
Boucher brings 23 years of experience in the BPO industry, having risen from agent-level roles to country manager positions across two previous organizations before joining SSG. His career trajectory reflects deep operational expertise and a hands-on understanding of contact center dynamics at every level.

Having started as an associate himself, Boucher carries a practical perspective on what it takes to build high-performing teams from the ground up, and what agents need from their leadership to deliver consistently.
In his new role, Boucher oversees our Jamaica operations across key verticals including collections, e-commerce care, technical support, and sales. Playing a key role in our global operating model, collaborating directly with other locations to ensure standards of execution.
For Boucher, this model was one of the aspects that drew him to SSG, a framework he considers unique in the industry for the way it leverages strong client relationships across location while maintaining operational continuity.
