Support Services Group Meets with Dominican Republic Minister of Labor to Discuss Continued Expansion

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic — March 2026 — Support Services Group (SSG) announces that Akos Horvath, alongside SSG’s local leadership team, recently met with H.E. Minister of Labor Eddy Olivares Ortega in Santo Domingo to discuss SSG’s plans for further expansion in the Dominican Republic and the company’s continued investment in the country’s professional talent. 

SSG currently employs approximately 700 team members in Santiago de los Caballeros, the majority of them young professionals building their careers within the organization. Upon joining, team members enter specialized training programs, including applied English instruction, that equip them with the skills to work with high-profile international clients and pursue advancement across SSG’s global network. The result is a workforce that does not simply fill seats but develops genuine expertise, earns competitive compensation, and operates inside a dynamic international environment that few local employers can offer at the same scale. 

The meeting with Minister Olivares Ortega reflected SSG’s broader approach to operating in the Dominican Republic, one grounded in active engagement with the institutions and leaders shaping the country’s workforce. For SSG, growth is not a unilateral decision, but something built in active partnership with the communities and governments that make it possible.
