Support Services Group (SSG) has just announced the expansion and growth of its Asia-Pacific (APAC) roster through the joining of the Kuala Lumpur operations of Mindpearl in an announcement last week. Finalized last November 23, 2020, SSG has acquired the Malaysian-based Contact Center to add to their emerging operations in Asia. Growing at an exponential rate, SSG now has a larger presence in Asia following the acquisition of its Admerex team from the Philippines in October 2020 and is continuously working on more acquisition in the Asia-Pacific region, extending its services and resources globally.
Close to 100 employees joined SSG through this acquisition, bringing their total to 1,900 employees in the APAC region at the close of November 2020. The Kuala Lumpur-based team currently serves the aviation and airline industry and has handled accounts from mainly Asian countries, with expertise in Customer Services and other lines of businesses. Rob Dizon, President & CEO of Support Services Group Asia-Pacific says that, “The Kuala Lumpur team will have an important role in opening the borders for SSG, increasing our source for talent that can cater to outsourcing services worldwide.
