Close to 400 Cebu-based teammates have joined the SSG – APAC team and continue to provide excellent contact center services to its clients in Australia, the U.S., Canada, and Japan.
Currently, the employees are tasked to provide customer service under strict health standards at the Cebu office. In the era of video conferences and physical distancing, Rob Dizon is confident that these work arrangements will continue to provide the same level of customer service that SSG is known for. “Innovations in our communication and systems fortify our teammates to deliver our commitments to our clients in the contact center field,” the CEO of SSG – APAC said.
