WACO, TEXAS – Support Services Group (SSG), a privately held global Outsource Contact Center company, has promoted Marcy Payne to Global President/COO.

Payne, a 31 year-veteran of the contact center industry, joined SSG in May of 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. Her contributions have been instrumental in helping SSG grow from 500 employees to over 10,000 and taking the company to a global solutions provider. Whether integrating a newly acquired company into the fold or helping a program grow from 100 agents to 750, Payne has been the driving force behind the operational excellence that accelerated growth without sacrificing quality.

Going forward, Gross will focus primarily on strategy and building value, while Payne assumes a larger span of control over the day-to-day business as President/COO.
