Support Services Group has been operating in Waco, Texas, since 1998. We have an eight-acre campus in Waco’s Business Park District, with 30,000 square feet of call center space across two buildings. SSG is an employer of choice in Waco, which is home to a strong Spanish-English bilingual population.

We also have a strong remote capability in Canada that spans from Nova Scotia to Toronto. SSG offers a skilled workforce with strong English and French-Canadian speakers.

SSG has 700 agent stations ready in our headquarters in Waco and the ability to quickly add 250+ additional seats.
