Hosted by the remarkable actor and comedian Andy Peeke, the 2022 Virtual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognized the achievements of different organizations in the industry.
The celebratory event began with a message from the Stevie Awards Jury Chairs. COVID-19 Response and Solution Provider Awards Judging Committee Chair, Paul McGee, and Customer Service Department Awards Judging Committee Chair, Michel Stevens, congratulated everyone for excelling in their fields and standing out in their industries.
During the online award ceremony, the Support Services Group won two Gold, five Silver, and two Bronze Stevie Awards for its own entries and two Gold and two Bronze Stevie Awards in partnership with Michael Kors.
The SSG Customer Service Team awards include a Gold award for being the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year and a Silver award for being the Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year. For the second consecutive year, Support Services Group also won a Grand Stevie Award, taking 7th place in the Top 10 Companies, two places higher than the previous year.
Top individual recognitions were also given to three respectable leaders of the Support Services Group. Summer Downs received the Gold award as the Young Customer Service Professional of the Year, Whitney Bearden with a Silver award for being the Contact Center Manager of the Year, and Marcy Payne with a Silver award as the Contact Center Leader of the Year.
